Daniel Henderson
As Managing Director I am overall responsible for Sea Sure Ltd.
Every day is different, we are a lean team supplying high quality components for the marine & safety sectors. My day to day role is
hugely varied and a big part of why I love working at Sea Sure. I love being
involved at a company that has the ability to forge our own path. We design the product, test the product, manufacture the production tooling, manufacture the end product, package it up and sell it across the world. There aren’t many companies like us left doing this in the UK so it is a privilege to be responsible for this.
My favourite product is the universal rudderstock, part
number 99.191. All boats have different pintle gudgeon baring surfaces on which makes rudderstock design a nightmare and the reason we now have over 150 different designs. It has a very innovative sliding top pintle which allows it slide up and down and be fitted to a wide range of boats.

I’m new to the business, working as the Financial Controller and managing all areas of the company’s finances.
The best perk of working here is the office dog, Luna.
As an individual, I like to stay active, whether it's going to the gym, swimming, going on long hikes, or climbing mountains.
