Job Overview:
We are seeking someone with a passion for marketing to lead our inhouse marketing. The role is based at our facility in Warsash where we manufacture a product range of over 1500 parts for marine and industrial use. The role is extremely diverse, the right candidate would be versatile and not easily overwhelmed by the multitude of roles they will be involved in and responsible for. The role is really looking for someone to come in and make it their own and move all forms of our inhouse marketing forwards.
Key Responsibilities
•
Create content & share on all of our social media platforms, Instagram, facebook & LinkedIn
•
Oversee our 3 shopify web shops and be responsible for having new banners/ads created
•
Answer calls from retail & trade customers
•
Input trade orders onto our system
•
Work alongside our operations manager to book international shipments
•
Manage the production of our new catalogue
•
Manage the creation of product packaging
•
Work alongside sales to book and create our stands for trade & retail exhibitions
Qualifications & Skills
•
Computer literate, excel, word, publisher
•
UK driving license
•
Knowledge and passion for the marine industry/dinghy sailing desired

Worked with Adobe creative cloud software desired (indesign, premier pro, illustrator)
•
Multi task & time management

•
Manage in house manufacturing, procurement, quality control, dispatch, warehousing, logistics

Complete all daily checks though out the factory, monthly assessments, manuals update, and new HS legislation and requirements to meet relevant protocols.

Book International courier collections and manage export paperwork to ensure that goods arrive with customers on time.
•
Coordinate and place orders by using purchase order systems with the best price, quality, and lead times.
•
Monitor and verify the stock levels along with correct stock and costs as per requirements.

Organize and lead monthly meetings on health & safety

Management of our warehouse to make sure that stock is delivered from the factory to warehouse and onto customers at the correct time.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented & enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our lean dynamic team. The
role is integral to our sales efforts both in the UK and rest of the world. The right candidate will have
a passion and knowledge of sailing/boating. The role is based at our offices in Warsash 2 weeks a
month, and on the road proactively visiting new and existing accounts for 2 week a month.
We are a lean team, the right candidate would be versatile and not easily overwhelmed by the
multitude of roles they will be involved in and responsible for. The role is really looking for someone
to grab it and make it their own.
Key Responsibilities
o Generate sales by visiting new & existing accounts
o Give technical advice to trade & retail customers over the phone
o Laise with our UK sales team “Sail Force”
o Be the key contact for our World Wide Distributors
o Input Orders & generate quotes on our computer system
o Work alongside our marketing team to manage various aspects of the business,
from our web shop, show & event presentations, product presentation etc.
Qualifications & Skills
o Computer literate
o UK driving licence
o Knowledge and passion for the marine industry & dinghy sailing
o Understanding of dinghy/yacht hardware
o Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
